Liberty Science Center
Sub Zero -- Explore the four states of matter (solid, liquid, gas and plasma) using super-cold liquid nitrogen - how and why things change from solid to liquid to gas, and surrounded guests with a liquid nitrogen fog. Also featured will be Trash Timeline – an interactive exhibit for children.

Bayer Healthcare Science Exhibits

Students will conduct the Alka Rocket experiment. In addition, Bayer’s booth will also provide visitors with an opportunity to handle a small scale tablet press and make their very own compressed tablet with help from a Bayer scientist.

Rutgers University - Concrete Canoe & Team
Rutgers Civil Engineers will display their competitive design for the unique challenge of racing a canoe made of concrete! The Rutgers team is current regional champion.  Team members will demonstrate advanced concrete design formulas.

Rutgers University – Formula Race Car & Team
See last year’s formula racing car, whose team has received several awards for it’s past design innovations.  Students will explain their design work and race experiences. Electrical Engineers will display their designs for a “line following” car which automatically steers.

Rutgers University – Materials Science & Engineering
Materials Engineering involves the creation, testing, and incorporation of new materials for many applications, such as aerospace, bridges, biomedical, and more. Displays of engineered materials will be on display, and faculty and students will answer questions.

NJIT – Formula Racing Car & Team
 
Car is designed, partially manufactured, assembled, and raced by engineering students at NJIT, competing worldwide against over 100 other colleges/universities. Exhibit includes CAD displays of it’s design, design equations, and component analysis.

Montclair State University
Physics Large and Small: "From Nanoparticles to Galaxies". Including exhibits of ferrofluids, lasers, planets, galaxies, videos, and some fun physics demos. Other exhibits include Fluorescence in Rocks and minerals, groundwater flow & contaminant transport, and watershed models.

William Paterson University
The Environmental Science Dept. will demonstrate measuring stream water quality in the field. Field equipment will be in operation and will show a typical stream survey - pH, specific conductance, temperature, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, macro-invertebrate surveys, fluorescence measurements.

US Air Force F22 Mini Raptor

Kids can experience the thrill of sitting in a fighter jet cockpit, inside the Air Force Mini F22 Raptor. Other Air Force Military exhibits and material will be presented as well.


American Chemical Society – North Jersey Branch
Make molecular models in this interactive exhibit!  Free raffle every hour for “Fizz, Bubble & Flash!: Element Explorations & Atom Adventures for hands on Science Fun” book or video.  Grand prize is  a Meg Mole doll! Balloons, flyers and take home science activities!

Highlights the educational, professional, and social events/activities of the organization.  Student members from NJIT and NY Poly chapters will detail scientific academic programs in their colleges and will highlight the contributions of Arabs to Modern Science over the history.

New Jersey State Museum
